Day 9
Overview
The early morning scenic mountain flight will commence at 6:00 am along the spine of the Himalaya for close-up views of Mt Everest and other peaks of the mountain from a distance. You will be travelling by the Yeti Airline in an hour long flight with up to 28 other passengers.
It is okay not to participate in this part of the Nepal holiday trip if you are scared of flights or not confident in Nepal flight system. In 2011, there was an incident with a Buddha Air mountain flight that crashed outside Katmandu, killing 19 people. Since then the country has worked incredibly hard to make sure such incident never happens again.
